Property Owner is interested in partnering with a builder on the development of this site in historic downtown Stone Mountain. Owner is also open to other deal alternatives / structures.
Project has been approved for 10 townhomes (some with live-work space possible) plus two detached carriage homes (see attached site plan). For the right Builder-partner, Owner may be willing to proceed with a slightly revised site plan, which might require city approval, to accommodate more of a cottage development concept on this site.
